To sync Google Calendar with Outlook, you can add your Google Calendar as a subscribed calendar within Outlook by using the iCal link from your Google Calendar settings.
1. First you must make your Google Calendar Public.
Open Google Calendar and navigate to the calendar you want to sync.
Click the three-dot icon (vertical ellipsis) next to the calendar name.
Select "Settings and sharing".
Scroll to Access Permissions for Events.
Select Make available to public. (You have a few selection that you can make from the drop-down box)
2. Get the iCal Link from Google Calendar:
Open Google Calendar and navigate to the calendar you want to sync.
Click the three-dot icon (vertical ellipsis) next to the calendar name.
Select "Settings and sharing".
Scroll down to "Integrate calendar" and copy the "Secret address in iCal format" URL.
3. Add the Calendar to Outlook:
Open Outlook and go to the Calendar module, Click "Add calendar", Select "Subscribe from Web", Paste the iCal URL you copied from Google Calendar into the address bar, and Click "Import".
Important Notes:
This method allows you to view your Google Calendar events in Outlook, but it's a one-way sync (Google to Outlook), not a two-way sync.
Changes made in Google Calendar will be reflected in Outlook, but changes in Outlook will not be reflected in Google Calendar.
If you need a two-way sync, you might consider using third-party apps or services that offer such functionality.
