Clearing Cache for Chrome when you get a blank screen because you're unable to connect to Azure vm or other URLs
Chrome
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click the ellipsis (3 vertical dots).
3. Click Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. Make sure that "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked. "Browsing History" can be unchecked.
5. Click "Clear Data" in the bottom right corner of this window.
