ARTICLE: Deleting multiple emails at a time

In this article, you'll find an easy way to delete mass emails. Rather than to delete or check the box on  emails one at at a time, use one of these processes. This method is universal across most email providers. You can also use this method to delete multiple files or folders. 

Please verify that the emails you are going to select are all ready to be deleted. 

Method #1 using SHIFT+Left Click

1. Click the check box on the first email. The email will now be checked and highlighted. 

2. Scroll to the last email that you would like to delete. Do not click, only scroll. Once you see the last email, hold down the SHIFT BUTTON and click the check box on that email. This will check and highlight both emails and any that are in between. 

3. Press DELETE or hit the DELETE button at the top. 

Method #2 using CTRL+Left Click

1. Hold down CTRL and click each email that is to be deleted. 

2. Press DELETE or hit the DELETE button at the top.
